FEB 24 FRIDAY
Today was another sea day so really nothing to report. Tonight's show was another great one. It was
a guitarist singer from Las Vegas named Mario D'Angelo and he was fantastic. He got a standing ovation
and he'll be on 1 more time before he gets off. That is a show we definitely won't miss. Our tablemates
sat in the front behind us for the last 2 nights and we told them they can't go to the back again, as we've
been lucky since they moved forward. You can call me "stupidicious", yes that is the correct spelling just
in case you've never heard the word before. It's probably a new word to all of you since I made it up.
Tomorrow is another sea day and a formal night before we reach Darwin.
Hi there Gladys and Enid
ReplyDeleteHave been to the fracture clinic at our local hospital...told them your problem with the splint. They suggest two things, the first sounds a bit crazy but they said it works - "Cling film", think maybe you call it "Saran wrap"?? The other suggestion was what we call "Tubi-grip" a stretch bandage in a tube (duh!). I can get that for you but if possible can you get someone to measure round your splint as they come in sizes? What customs in Oz will make of my bags if they find saran wrap and tubi-grip I have no idea....maybe they will think we are into "adult toys"!!!! Love and kisses, Sue xx
Hi Gladys,
ReplyDeleteWhat's wrong with your arm? I thought they redid the cast at the hospital. Did you read the e-mail about the insurance? Let me know in the blog if you want me go let Laura know to get the insurance now or not. Also since you are not doing e-mails, want me to sign for you? I'm off to Jenny now. I got you window seats on all our flights for Calf.
Will write later.
Love, me
