MARCH 25 KAUAI, HAWAII
This morning we didn't rush around as we had no planned tours so after a leisurely breakfast we got off the ship and took a free shuttle to a small shopping center which had the same crap as every other store we've gone into. I finally got a shaved ice which I've wanted since Maui and it wasn't worth the anticipation. While I was eating that Enid walked across the street and down a ways to another shopping
center and said they also had the same stuff. Took the shuttle back to the ship and finally found some time to sit by the pool hoping to get some color. It was too hot for me so I lasted less than 1/2 hour and went back to the cabin to get ready for our first formal night of this cruise. Tonight they had rack of lamb which
I love but the service was so slow that we had to rush eating in order to make the show.
Tomrrow we are to arrive in Maui for an overnight and we have a tour taking the road to Hana which is going to be a very long day and we've decided to have dinner in one of the restaurants in town when we get back.
